Our Vegan Meal Plan

The first thing you need to do when creating a plan filled with vegan options is you need to pick yourself up a quality vegan cookbook.

I am assuming that you are not becoming strictly a raw foods vegan, and you plan on cooking a good portion of your meals.

If that’s the case, then you can get a quality vegan cookbook and learn excellent recipes that you will be able to add to your meals for the week.
Speaking of raw foods, I don’t want to leave these people out as well because there are also great “cookbooks” available for you folks.

You can either go to your local bookstore to pick one up, or go to your favorite online bookseller and grab a copy from them.

They will tell you how to prepare excellent raw food dishes that are scrumptious and very enjoyable. I have plenty of these cookbooks myself, and I use them each and every day.
Finally, once you have great recipes for the various meals you plan on eating, you need to group them together as part of the plan. You should probably try and space out similar meals so that you are not eating almost the same thing every day.

That’s what I do, and this method of planning has always been great for me. So I will assume that it would work perfectly for you too.

This is exactly how you can easily create well balanced meals. Try not to over complicate this process because it doesn’t have to be all that difficult. Good luck and I hope you really make the most of the vegan lifestyle.
